Item 1.02. | Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement |
On March 22, 2018, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated that certain Credit and Security Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) by and among the Company and the subsidiaries of the Company as borrowers (the “Borrowers”), on the one hand, and MidCap Financial Trust, as administrative agent and lender (the “Lender”), on the other hand, together with the related revolving loan note and pledge agreement. The Borrowers have no further obligations (financial or otherwise) to the Lender and did not incur any termination penalties as a result of the termination of the Credit Agreement.
