On August 20, 2018, GeoTraq, Inc. (“GeoTraq”), a subsidiary of Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. (the “Registrant”), was informed and, as a result, reasonably believes that the United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue to GeoTraq a patent (application serial number 14/724,039) titled “Locator Device with Low Power Consumption” (the “Patent”).
