Mr. Isaac, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, is the father to Jon Isaac CEO of Live Ventures and managing member of Isaac Capital Group, a 9% shareholder of the Company. The board of directors of the Company and Live Ventures Incorporated have common directors: Tony Isaac, Richard Butler and Dennis Gao. ARCA Recycling sub-leases call center space from Live Ventures in Las Vegas, NV. Total amount of sublease rent was $35 for year ending December 31, 2016. |
